Weaving in Process
  • Only virgin PP resin is used with high-speed extruders and looms, to make durable and food-safe fabric, available in clear or white.

Fabric Extrusion
  • Wide format rotogravure press, printing up to 10 colors with excellent registration control and color matching, and using only environmental inks to guarantee product safety.

  • Extrusion lamination, precise formulation and experience ensuring perfect lamination of reverse-printed BOPP film to WPP for excellent bag converting.

Bag Converter
  • Well-engineered high-speed tubing, extrusion back-seam machines delivering accurate bag sizes, continuously formed, with or without gusset.

  • EZ Open and other format of closure, handles and other optional features are available upon request.

  • Closure cover tape and pull tape are all made with BOPP laminated WPP to be grease/weather-proof. Thread is polyester, also grease/weather-proof. Tape & Thread accessories available to deliver for customer use upon request.

  • We have a growing capacity of over 120 million bags per year, more than doubling within a year’s time to meet customer needs, big or small.
